It was hardly surprising when scientists learned how to biologically alter humans. They created "Mutants" to atone for the devastating aftermath of their biological weapons—a way to "humanely" test their brutal inventions.The nickname "Rats" was never a coincidence. It served a purpose: to design a world where Mutants were something less than human; that one species deserved to claim superiority over another.
