This is an ‘Ellipse’ Lounge Chair and Ottoman, designed by Renato Zevi. The set was produced by Selig in Italy in the 1970s. It has a flat bar steel frame with a chromed finish, and the cushions are upholstered in a soft black fabric. The listed price includes the set as shown.
The rocking chair measures 42 inches long, 27.75 inches wide, and is 31 inches high. It has a seat height of 17.75 inches. The ottoman measures 27.5 inches long and 22 inches wide. The chrome on the frame shows some patina and fading, though it is still bright and there is no rust. The upholstery fabric is in good condition, with some minor separation of the fabric as shown.
